My thanks to the editor and the reviewers for their help with their comments and recommendations in improving the paper and bringing it to its current form.<\/p>\n<p>You can find the June 2020 selected papers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journals.elsevier.com\/european-journal-of-operational-research\/highlighted-articles\/ejor-editors-choice-articles-june-2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.
