A Portable Glyph<\/strong> is a contained spell construct<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a Dwarven frame is used then Instability table is reduced by 2, which means that :
Glyph dissolves on a 1, Trigger weakens on 2-5, Stable for 6-93, Glyph intensifies for 94-100.
